We take our environmental responsibility seriously and continually look for ways to reduce our impact. Some of the initiatives we have in place include:

• Using environmentally friendly cleaning products
• Recycling wherever possible
• Providing safe drinking water so guests can refill reusable water bottles
• Solar-heated hot water throughout the property

Travel Lightly, Leave Only Footprints

A few small choices can make a big difference during your holiday:

• Bringing chilled food? Consider using a reusable cooler bag instead of a polystyrene bin.
• If you use a reusable coffee cup or water bottle at home, bring it with you and help reduce waste on the island.
• We provide a reusable shopping bag in your room for use during your stay, although you're welcome to bring your own from home.
• Choose reef-safe sunscreen whenever possible. Many sunscreens containing oxybenzone can be harmful to our fragile coral reefs. Reef-safe sunscreen is available for purchase on the island.
