One of our bestsellers in Rarotonga! Rarotonga Daydreamer Resort is 2 minutes’ walk from the beach and offers spacious apartments with a private patio, pool views and BBQ facilities. A free tropical breakfast is offered on the first morning.

Free snorkeling gear and kayaks are available for you to enjoy in the crystal clear lagoon. You can learn traditional Rarotongan dancing, take a cultural village tour or go on a diving trip, all of which can be arranged by the tour desk.

Daydreamer Resort Rarotonga is a 10-minute drive from Rarotonga Golf Club and Rarotonga International Airport. The main township of Avarua is 15 minutes’ drive away.

Set amongst lush tropical gardens, all accommodation boasts a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area with a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and an iPod dock. Each has a private bathroom.

Breakfast on the first morning consists of home-made jams and bread. Free coffee, tea, water and milk is also provided.

Airport Transfers

We are happy to arrange airport transfers for your arrival and departure.

Our driver will meet you at Rarotonga International Airport and transfer you directly to Daydreamer Escape.

Transfer rates:

NZD $25 per person, one way (based on two or more passengers)
NZD $35 one way for a single traveller

Transfer fees are payable in cash directly to the driver upon arrival.

To arrange your transfer, please provide your flight details when making your booking so we can be there to welcome you to Rarotonga.

Rate Information

We welcome guests aged 12 years and over.

All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Rates are per apartment, per night.
One-Bedroom Apartment rates are based on two guests. Additional guests are charged NZD $50 per person, per night.
A minimum stay of three nights applies to all apartments, with a five-night minimum stay for the Three-Bedroom Apartment.

Check-out: 10:00 AM

Please note that many flights arriving into and departing from Rarotonga operate during the early morning or late evening.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee. Availability cannot be guaranteed and will be confirmed closer to your arrival date. Unfortunately, we do not offer day-room facilities for guests arriving early or departing late.

To ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay, we kindly ask that you observe the following:

No parties or events
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Payments & Bookings

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your reservation.

Deposits can be paid by:

Visa or Mastercard
Direct transfer to a Cook Islands bank account
Direct transfer to a New Zealand bank account

Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted by email.

The 30% deposit is non-refundable once a reservation has been confirmed.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will incur a charge equal to the full reservation amount.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation value.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your travel plans, including cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
